The selection also includes general literature as well as special editions on the subjects of art, nature and crafts. The museum shop also sells Ostrobothnian crafts and Finnish designer products.
In the museum shop you can also find a range of products related to the Kvarken archipelago and World Heritage, for example, linen tablecloths and towels decorated with a stone labyrinth motif, tinplate candle holders, sea buckthorn soaps, and World Heritage jams.
Ostrobothnian Museum’s own products are the Vaasa mug and Vaasa tray.
The museum’s café, Café Nova, serves coffee, tea and soft drinks, as well as light snacks, both sweet and savoury. The café is open during museum opening hours. By prior arrangement, the café can also host various events and gatherings with refreshments served.
